This place was amazing! My friend and I stayed here for a month and everything was great. It was a short walk to the beach, and also walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. - really anything you could need. Mary and Matt were also incredibly responsive and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment also came stocked with all the necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, bath towels, beach towels & chairs, and more) Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 7 weeks while our home was being remodeled and greatly enjoyed our stay. The location has walking access to great restaurants, coffee houses and stores. We had two cars and rarely had to park the second vehicle more than a block away. The unit has a great layout and the balcony is fantastic for sunset happy hours. Both beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The Roku provided plenty of entertainment options. All neighbors were friendly and respectful. Mary and Matt were attentive and the overall communication was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

This is a terrific, spacious place with all you need for a wonderful stay in Long Beach. The location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The price is very reasonable considering the location. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay in a safe, lovely neighborhood a few blocks from the ocean. Space is clean, light-filled, breezy Cali design. Restaurants and shopping close by. Great walk score. We stayed two months and can’t think of a single complaint. Such a lovely place to drop anchor. Mary and Matt were super responsive.

Great place to stay in Long Beach, easily walkable to lots of restaurants and a small convenience store. The area is busy, loud, and does have a noticeable homeless population, but it is also close to the beach and very convenient. The apartment is exactly as described- does not have heat or ac! Overall, we would recommend.
