An exceptional villa in an excellent location. This villa far exceeded our expectations. In fact the photos don’t do it justice at all. It was a beautiful villa, with private swimming pool and garden; spacious open plan living room/kitchen- bright, airy, uplifting feel to the place. Bedrooms were also large, with air conditioning and very clean. We made a special request for our son to learn how to cook Bajan food and Carlton arranged a chef to come to the villa and give a cookery demonstration which included recipes- it was an exceptional experience to learn about local food. We couldn’t rate this villa highly enough- as mentioned- the photos don’t do it justice. It is of a very high standard in reality. Carlton was very respectful of his guests and gave privacy throughout our stay. This villa is old style, with fabulous space, light, pool and character. Five star for us! Thank you. Très bel endroit situé idéalement à holetown , commerces, restaurants et plage à proximité Carlton toujours à l écoute et prêt à vous aider Seul un petit rafraîchissement de la villa serait nécessaire , mais tout y est fonctionnel , la villa et bien équipée et très grande . Le calme tant en journée que la nuit y est très appréciable . La piscine est un vrai + pour une détente absolue Une adresse à retenir pour de prochaines vacances

Fantastic location and excellent Villa. Carlton has done a great job ensuring that everything you need is there. The villa has one of the most thorough welcome books that I’ve experienced in an Air BnB. The place is so well run, that I had no need to contact him during my stay. The private pool is a gem! Loved my stay there.

The villa is well located and Carlton is a very pleasant host. The location is superb and access to beach, restaurants, beach bars and supermarket excellent. It is a lovely quiet residential location. There needs to be more crockery and glasses and cutlery provided. Also some outdoor unbreakable plates etc would be a good touch. The dishwasher therefore was superfluous as we had to wash all items by hand. We would have appreciated the villa to have been prepared for our expected arrival with curtains open and perhaps some lights on. Also perhaps a bunch of flowers would have been a nice touch. One balcony could not be used as the door lock was broken and not fixed during our stay despite this being reported early on. Around the sides of the villa were various items awaiting disposal including what appeared to be a huge black water tank. The base plate for a smoke detector could be seen on the ceiling but no monitor was in place. I would think this is essential in a villa with barred windows. There is no carbon monoxide detector although both hob and tumble drier operated on gas. Being medical professionals we would have thought these life saving items should be installed. The hob incidentally could not be lit with the automatic ignition. There were no matches provided and the “clicker” provided was empty. We had to borrow matches from our neighbour to light the hob. So, nice place but needing more kitchen items for dining and a little tidying around the outdoor space. Carlton was very helpful in organising our transport to the airport on our departure when our taxi failed to turn up.
