We had a lovely, tranquil stay. The deck is expansive and looks over a beautiful garden. It became the central hangout for reading and relaxing. The kitchen is fabulous if you love to cook like we do -- it had everything you could possibly need. Loved the open layout of the living/dining area that opens onto the deck. The house is in an ideal location for day trips all around Point Reyes National Seashore. Overall it was a great trip!
We loved this place! It was a great spot for a long weekend gathering for our two families with little kids (ages 3 - 8 years old). The location is fabulous. We loved being close to all the beaches and nature areas Point Reyes has to offer. Iverness has a helpful little market and Point Reyes station is also close for more restaurants and a grocery store. Belinda sent us very clear information, and check-in & check-out were simple. The house, cottage, and grounds are lovely, and as pictured. The only thing that wasn't shown in the pictures is that the cottage has a corner shower that's right in the bedroom area. In the cottage there is a toilet and sink in a separate bathroom with a door. It was helpful to have a shower in the cottage, but there's no fan, so the bedroom gets steamed up, though opening the window helps. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!
This is a nice open and accommodating place to stay. You can walk to beaches on Tomales Bay from the house. The views of nearby hills are lovely. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked for cooking and eating at the large dining table.
What a beautiful, special house/land this is! We cannot wait to return!
This house was perfect for a comb get away in Inverness. It was precisely as described, but no one could describe how peaceful and tranquil the setting is. The back garden is beautiful to look at in the night sky was dark and sparkling with stars. The house is comfortable and perfect for quiet time in front of the fire. We loved our stay, and will be back as soon as we can.
