The photos in the listing don’t do this place justice-it’s gorgeous and very well maintained. Super interesting architecture surrounded by gorgeous landscaping-very private little perch above the bay. Kitchen was well appointed with anything one might need. Lots of books and games For kids was a nice bonus, and for adults endless perfect little places to sit and enjoy the architecture and views. Look forward to booking and staying again!

One of the most stunning airbnbs (that view!) that I’ve stayed in. We had a very peaceful and restorative weekend in Inverness and hope to return some day.

House beautiful. But lack of luxury treatment and things not as advertised. The vinyl advertised was broken. $250 cleaning fee as part of the booking but still had to do lots of cleaning ourselves that the host insisted on. Threatening additional fees if garbage not taken out and locked away properly. We were expected to do our own hot tub maintenance and water was not clean. All of this was stressful and over the top.

Meg was a super responsive host and we will definitely stay at this amazing property again. It was truly a stunning home and piece of property, my wife son and I were all just flabbergasted by the style and beauty. Very comfortable beds, huge hot tub, great kitchen with outdoor grill, soft towels, fun games to play with our kid. Thanks again Meg, so appreciate your kindness and generosity :)

My family enjoyed a delightful stay here. The house is filled with light and has a spectacular view of Tomales Bay through the double story floor to ceiling windows. When we weren’t out exploring Point Reyes (and it was great to be so close to various beaches), we simply enjoyed sitting in one of the cozy reading nooks or couches and just taking in the view. The house has a rustic, 70’s ski chalet vibe, but in a good way. I would definitely rent it again.
