Non vedevamo l'ora di arrivare nella casa,ma la delusione è stata da subito. Non ho detto nulla, anzi ho cercato di calmare le donne,e i bambini per il disagio,si in cucina ma anche nel resto della casa,per non rovinare il soggiorno così tanto aspettato. Il primo impatto è stato il giardino, sapendo che arrivano ospiti,mi aspettavo l'erba tagliata,e invece no. Lo sporco in cucina, rubinetti,il cassetto delle posate orribile, Cimici ovunque,nelle camere da letto,tende, letto, polvere sotto i lettini dove hanno dormito i bambini, macchie ovunque abbiamo chiamato diverse volte la signora per portare lenzuola nuove,e copri cuscini. La casa era fredda,senza aver la possibilità di scaldare, abbiamo dovuto tenere l'aria condizionata per avere un po' di caldo, abbiamo pagato (70€ di supplemento) al check out. Per fortuna ci hanno dato un po' di legna da bruciare,su questo sono stati molto gentili. Ma per il resto la casa lasciava molto a desiderare,per non parlare degli asciugamani. peccato!!!

The Villa is beautiful and the location is great! 45 min from Florence. The house has everything that you will need and more! Definitely will come back!

We loved Villa Ines! Beautiful big house with huge garden and swimming pool! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They made our 50th and 70th birthday party memorable by organizing the catering team to grill us Fiorentina steaks on the wood grill in the yard. We already started to plan our next trip to Italy and Villa Ines! We will come back.

We had a great time in Villa Ines. Maria is a great host and helped us out immediately, when we had any questions. She also brought us vegetables from her garden that we could use for our BBQ dinners, which was very kind. The property is situated in a nice and silent area with olive trees and some pine trees and provides good privacy. The villa itself is very spacious with a large living room and large bedrooms. The house stayed relatively cool, even with high outside temperature. The outside dining table was very convenient, as was the lounge area at the oposite side of the house. There was plenty of place to accomodate 8-10 people easily. Also more than enough kitchen equipment, plates, glasses etc. The garden is nice and green due to the irrigation system that works silently during the night. Although, not new, the swimming pool is nice and large enough, with a deeper part and a more shallow part. The kids had great fun. The table tennis table was fun as well, although it could use some new bats.
