The very special ‘Villa Olivia’ is a charming 16th Century stone farmhouse, restored in the traditional Umbrian style. Set peacefully on rolling slopes amidst olive groves and vineyards, just a couple of minute's drive from the beautiful Montefalco. *Note: Renovations have been made to the house, the pool is refurbished, also with a terracotta paving. The kitchen has also been renovated. New pictures will be available ASAP. Also please note: The pool is not fenced so not suitable for toddlers. Villa Olivia a magical spot perfect for an idyllic Umbrian holiday. There are two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sunny living area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a good sized pool surrounded by a beautiful garden full of olive trees and aromatic Italian plants, with great views over the Montefalco countryside. There are a number of shady spots for al fresco dining or an evening aperitivo. Not far away are any number of local wineries, restaurants and bars, and it's a perfect base for visiting all the most famous Umbrian towns such as Spoleto, Assisi, and Norcia. Villa Olivia is superbly located in the golden triangle of Umbria, only 3 km from Montefalco. Heavy with medieval atmosphere, Montefalco is undoubtedly one of Umbria’s finest examples of a hill top town. Seeped with an artistic heritage, its maze of tiny cobbled streets open onto an impressive piazza. This beautiful town is small enough to retain a feeling of intimacy, but big enough to provide good amenities such as a bank, grocery stores, a hairdresser and some excellent local restaurants and wine bars. Montefalco is well located for exploring much of Umbria and Tuscany. The town is often referred to as ‘La Ringhiera dell’Umbria’, ‘the balcony of Umbria’. It sits on a solitary hill overlooking the mountain-flanked Vale of Spoleto, with fantastic views of the nearby towns of Assisi, Perugia, Bevagna, Foligno, Spello and Trevi. The surrounding countryside is perfect for sightseeing, walking or cycling. Many of the Tuscan towns such as Siena and Montepulciano make good day trips. The Villa can sleep a maximum of six guests. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed & two single beds. Each bedroom has a private, en-suite bathroom.

This villa is everything we had hoped for! Set in the rolling hills just outside Montefalco, it is close to everything Umbria has to offer. The view from the upstairs landing is spectacular and the surroundings are peaceful and gorgeous. The villa itself is so inviting - cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. We were often torn about whether we wanted to go out and explore Umbria or if we just wanted to enjoy the comfort of the villa. Reilly is a wonderful, responsive, and accommodating host. We had helpful recommendations and accommodated us wonderfully. We loved our time in Umbria and would happily return to Reilly's home.

We had a fantastic stay at Reilly's beautiful house. The place immediately felt like home, was spotlessly clean, quiet and enjoyable. We found everything we needed in the house, and Reilly was a great host with super recommendations, when we asked, but also in his "onsite" manual, which answered almost all questions about the house and the surroundings. A six star stay, and we will definitely be staying at Reilly's place again, when we return to beautiful Umbria!

Perfect accommodation & location for a relaxing break away, and ideal for visiting the region if Umbria. The property has plenty of space, feels traditionally charming inside with modern fitted kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious pool / lounging area outside with great views out into the Umbrian countryside. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful property! The house and its outdoor surroundings provided the perfect place to relax and recharge. After spending the mornings/afternoons taking in the beautiful sights that the Montefalco and surrounding Umbrian area has to offer, we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the sunset from the multiple outdoor seating options. The house is nicely done and well stocked! We like to cook and were very happy to find good quality kitchen equipment. Bathrooms had nice linens and very good shower. Bed and pillows were comfy. Reilly was a great host and provided many recommendations to help us enjoy our visit to Umbria. Very responsive and helpful.

A fantastic property, great amenities and a perfect layout which worked perfectly for our family. Pool in close proximity to the kitchen with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of seating and rest areas inside and outside. Reilly is a class act, very helpful and knowledgeable without being imposing. We’ll be back!
