Interior: The villa has two floors, with the main entrance on the ground floor leading to the large open-plan living area with sitting room, soft comfortable sofas, Smart TV, fireplace and dining table communicating conveniently with the built-in kitchen. The floor is completed by a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a guest bathroom and the laundry room. In the sitting room, dining room and bedroom are French windows that lead directly out to the garden, rendering the internal and external areas perfectly usable.
