Incredible villa near Cortona. Amazing views. Would be hard to beat. with a fabulous pool. So many areas to enjoy breakfast lunch dinner and cocktails at a different spot. We were 6 guests. Would easily sleep 4 couples. Nice kitchen to prepare meals. We did walk to the castle once. Town would have been a little too far for us with elderly parents. Will definitely return to this perfect Tuscan villa.
Our stay at Villa dei Ciliegi was wonderful! The staff was very patient with us and understanding, we planned on being there at 4pm but due to sold-out trains which lead to a 6 hour wait at the Milan train station, we did not arrive until 10pm. Even with the late arrival, we were walked through the villa and everything explained to us. The villa was very clean and had AMAZING views. The pool was wonderful on hot days and kept very clean. The area was very quiet and private. We enjoyed how close we were to the town of Cortona and enjoyed walking to town, only about a 20 minute walk. One person in our group walked to town every morning to get pastries and other stuff for breakfast. Can't wait to visit again!
