Joe was an excellent host and was a great source of information about the local eateries and things to do in the area. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped.

Joe’s place was very easy to find & within walking distance of many restaurants & shops. He met us at check in, demonstrated how to use the door lock, & gave us safety info about the area. His guestbook provided restaurant recommendations that we found to be very good. The space was quiet, very spacious & comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches - a dish of candy, fluffy towels, movies, books, etc. It would be a great place for a long term stay!

Joe was a great host, ready to help us with info about the local area. The unit was very clean, attractive, and adequately stocked. It was the perfect base for a few days to explore Petersburg and Richmond and visit family.
