BEST EVER! Extremely well maintained, immaculate, safe. Lots of windows so very bright and cheerful. Never needed once to contact Geo or the local caretaker, Sue, because everything worked & whatever we needed was easy to find. Beach is beautiful, sand is clean, no gobs of seagrass. Rainy day – no worries. Ample comfie seating areas, tv’s, streaming networks, a gas fireplace to relax by. Ninigret pond behind the house was so much more picturesque than I could have imagined and so calming. Enjoy it from the screened-in porch or the deck off the master. Walk maybe ¼ mi to the end of the st., to Charlestown breachway and see people fishing & camping there. Bay window in the master has a wonderful built-in desktop, a very comfie desk chair, view is gorgeous. Kitchen is well appointed and has a gas/propane range. The water from the fridge tasted fine so we didn’t need to rely on bottled water, a plus. Geo, and the caretaker Sue have thought of every need/question one could have.

Amanda (Daniel's wife) here. This place exceeded our expectations! Absolutely gorgeous. Light-filled, convenient, beautiful. The tension melted as soon as we lay down, that afternoon, listening to the waves through our open bedroom door. Instructions were clear & helpful, everything worked great, the kitchen is well-equipped, & the layout is wonderful. Nice having two separate bathrooms for our son and for ourselves. Comfy & snug on a windy, rainy day & night; otherwise the beautiful light poured in. Loved the grill! Highly recommend the Mini Super market. Being so close to the beach is wonderful! Even though the beach road runs between the place and the beach, it felt as if we were practically right on the beach. Viewing the ocean from inside the unit & the deck, porches, & balconies is great. Loved the back screen porch on the pond, too. Lovely serene views!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Geo's. We were provided with many local recommendations prior to our arrival to allow us to plan our time there. The sound of the waves greated us upon arrival and helped created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The views and amenities are second to none. we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to Sue, the local housekeeper as well. She was also very attentive and checked in on us after a big storm one night. Highly recommend.
