Such a peaceful, beautiful place to stay... tucked away in the coastal forest, and can see the ocean from the living room and kitchen. Loved the soothing sounds of the babbling creek out back, and the ocean waves crashing... lots of windows, and skylights. This place is a gem. I so look forward to returning!

Super cozy and comfortable. Great kitchen, living space, bathroom, and views. Extremely dog friendly. Highly recommended for a coastal getaway!

What a treat Valerie's cottage was! Though we weren't expecting to watch movies, Valerie's DVD collection is fabulous and contained many, if not most, of my favorite films and series collections. So we had a fun evening watching Wall-E, (I had forgotten how romantic a love story it is.) The location is near perfect and the armchair with an ocean view was so comfortable we booked an extra night. The price for such enjoyable accomodations is a great value. I would highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing getaway.

We loved the location -- near but not on the water, private but not far from our host, right off the highway. Valerie is a proactive host who made us feel welcomed and prepared. We loved waking up to the sun beaming through the skylights, and we even pulled a DVD off the shelf for a movie night.
