This was our second time staying at the Beachcomber Cottages. We previously stayed in Unit #4 (studio) and this time stayed in Unit #5 (1-BR) and I can not recommend this location enough. They are dog friendly which makes these stays, for us, focused on letting the dogs run on the very dog friendly beach within seconds from the location. There are beautiful tide pools and lots of beach to walk along. When the pups are tired it's time for us humans to head to the adorable town of Yachats for grub while stopping at the numerous, gorgeous, scenic pull-offs on the 15 minute drive to town. The owners have always been communicative and friendly. Check-in is a cinch. We have not had a bad stay regardless of the weather (it rained our last day, the pups were bummed, though). We hope to be back again and again. We love this rental!!

This was our 3rd time staying here. We obviously love it. It is not fancy but it’s updated, comfortable and has everything you need! It is great if you have a dog too. The beach is beautiful and sometimes almost abandoned! Highly recommend this spot!

The check in instructions were really helpful, they prepared us really well for the drive along the coast with no service. The space was clean & location was perfect being right on the beach. We’d definitely stay again.

Right off the bat 101 makes it easy to find but the close proximity makes for quite a bit of highway noise
