Lovely stay - all went smoothly and super helpful hosts- . Just one recommendation is for the AC units s to be looked at - very noisy to sleep with them on at night in 2 of the 3 bedrooms . I m sure small issues that can be fixed easily :)

The house is absolutely stunning, and in a great area. The host was super helpful, messaging us in advance with all of the info we needed and meeting us at the place when we arrived to give us a tour and walkthrough of all the amenities. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Tulum to stay here!

We loved the accommodations, the area, and the responsiveness of the hosts. Mirko and Rocio were phenomenal, they were proactive, responsive, the home was clean and well taken care of. We utilized their recommended services, the in-home Chef service was incredible. We had them come in 3x and had amazing experiences each time. We highly recommend them as hosts as well as this house. First time in Tulum and wouldnt have changed a thing. The place is beautiful, clean and spacious - looks exactly like the photos. Safe neighborhood with all the houses having an electric fence above the walls. The pool gets a couple hours of sun around late morning to early afternoon so something to think about if you were planning on laying out all day. The location is PERFECT. Its off on into a quiet street but is a 5 min walk to a ton of fun/cool restaurants, bars, convenient store and shopping right around the corner. You actually don't ever have to go downtown and can just stay nearby. We did 1 load of laundry in the new washer/dryer which was so convenient. They gave us great recommendations and are very responsive. Check in was a breeze as they greet you at the door, check out super easy. AC works great, water pressure is great, ample hot water.
