Chateau de'Lithia is the perfect stay for your business trip, your 'stay-cation', romantic weekend, or anytime you want to relax in beauty and serenity. Conveniently located in Tampa Florida's beautiful Brandon/Valrico neighborhood. Your suite is spacious, bright, and relaxing. The bed is queen sized with premium linens. The bathroom includes a separate shower and is stocked with high grade soaps, lotions, and towels. I am an interior design and boutique hound so your room is artistically decorated with one of a kind finds. There is a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini-fridge in the room pre-stocked with water bottles, a flat screen television, cable, and high-speed wireless internet. There is ample closet space in the bedroom to store your luggage and souvenirs. Partake in any of my Tampa history and guide books that adorn the night stand. Chateau de'Lithia is conveniently located 45 minutes from Disney World and 45 minutes from Clearwater Beach, voted Top 10 Beaches in the United States. Have the best of both world's at your fingertips! Chateau de'Lithia is (5 minutes) from Westfield Brandon Shopping Mall, (10 minutes) Medard Park, Keel & Curly Winery (15 minutes), Tampa Museum of Art (15 minutes downtown), Glazer Children's Museum (15 minutes downtown), Florida Aquarium (15 minutes downtown) and the amazing world-class Lowry Park Zoo. I am 25 minutes from the airport, call/text me in advance and if available, I’ll pick you up or drop you off. If you choose to rent a car or are driving, I have off street parking in my driveway. If you choose to stay at Chateau de'Lithia, you will receive a 4 or 5 digit key code that allows you access to your room. Your suite is equipped with a punch code lock that allows you privacy and extra security. Guests receive a goody basket typically containing items like oatmeal, trail mix, breakfast bars, and/or fruit. I would prefer if full meals are not prepared on the stove, but anything small like soup or boiled/scrambled eggs and use of the toaster is fine. If you’re ready for relaxation and serenity located in the middle of fabulous Tampa, Chateau de'Lithia is the locale for you. Hope to see you soon!

Comfortable accommodation and a lovely home.
Tenille accommodated me in spite of the last min request. She was super friendly and the room was a dream. She had a goodie basket and was an amazing host. I highly recommend staying at her place
The listing is a perfectly cozy little room and bath with everything you could possibly need. TV, fridge, microwave, Keurig. I loved the private entrance so that I could come and go without having to disturb the residents of the house. I never really did meet Tennille, but she and I texted off and on. She wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. I did meet her son, who is very nice. The property is centrally located in Brandon/Valrico giving easy access to just about everything.
Communication was immediate, accommodations were more than i could ask for. The linens were fresh, light snacks in a basket to greet me accompanied by a few bevearages of choice in the mini fridge! Very clean all the way around and a relaxed environment. The most difficult tasks I faced were choosing what flavor cup of coffee for the kurig to make and which comfy chair to sit in around the pool to whatch tv. A 5 star experience in my book! Tennille has it together for sure.
This was a great place to stay, with a separate entrance and private bath. Plus, it's a short drive from all of the sights in Tampa. Thanks Tennille for the great experience!

I was born in New Orleans Louisiana and raised in the mid west. However, moving to Tampa was one of the most rewarding decisions I've ever made. I've lived here for the past 10 years and Love It! I have a passion for life and learning which is facilitated through my desire to travel internationally and domestically. I adore the diversity within my city and frequently explore its festivals, parks, museums and cultural sites. I am a food connoisseur and delight in all kinds of ethnic cuisines and can direct my guests to the best restaurants the city has to offer. I'm an avid reader, an urban gardener and health guru (Speech-Language Pathologist by trade).
