Come relax in our fully remodeled stilt house on the water. Adventure in a tube,canoe,kayak or paddle board on the water . Drink your morning coffee while enjoying the sounds of nature. Sip on your glass of wine on your private dock and than slip into the hot tub to wrap up your evening. How about fishing off your own dock?? guaranteed to catch a good time. Enjoy a bon fire in the evenings while eating s’mores. We have strong internet to stay connected if you choose. The ultimate retreat! Welcome! Fully remodeled home with a new kitchen, floors and bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bath. Sofa turns into a bed as well. Enclosed lanai to drink your coffee or sip your glass of wine or relax in your hot tub. Lots of nature around to take in and observe!! Your fur babies and you will love the spacious 1 acre lot to run and explore on. There is an additional bathroom downstairs and a dock.

Very relaxing stay. Very comfortable accommodations. Extremely quiet area with plenty of things to do close by.
Me and my granddaughter s enjoyed our stay if you enjoy the outdoors then this is a great place for you We saw some things we never seen before and we enjoyed the outdoors Great place to relax was well stocked and after a long day the hot tub was a big plus.Thank you Lucy for making our stay very enjoyable. .
Loved, loved, loved our week long stay at Lucy’s place. The neighborhood is quiet and close to local restaurants and grocery shopping (Market Fresh has a fabulous deli section with fresh salads, sandwiches and wraps). The house sits along the Alafia and provides east and convenient access to fishing, kayaking (there is place close to Lucy’s that rents kayaks), and trails. The house was neat as a pin and decorated to fit in with water front living. The hot tub was clean, warm and a welcome relief after a long day away. I absolutely recommend staying here and the next time we visit Tampa, I will plan our dates around Lucy’s availability!

Close to everything yet it feels like you’re in your own treehouse. This home is very peaceful on the water.
Nearby is Lithia Springs Park. Lithia springs is known for its hot springs and cycling so all you bikers out there this is the place.
You may also enjoy swimming in the hot springs.
Do you like to fish ?? Well bring your poll and in the least catch a good time.
You can also canoe, kayak as well.
Come and escape to the treehouse and relax in the hot tub !
Lots of parking and most things are just a short car ride away.

Hi, after many years of flying all over the world & loving it, I retired. I started flying In high school & that’s a while ago! Lol I was lucky enough to enjoy my job as an airline pilot. I still travel for fun. I enjoy my rescue fur babies:Sam ,Ziggy and Mugs lost my big guy Mel! It’s so difficult to lose our pets. They are pretty spoiled and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love a nice cup coffee in the mornings & the sounds of nature.
