4 bedrooms include TWO MASTER SUITES each with their own luxury king bed. Golf Course frontage with large and private yard. Peaceful views of the golf fairway are enjoyed from the family room or while lounging on the back screened porch with gas grill. Shade trees & tropical landscaping. Cozy & quiet. Fully equipped kitchen with dining for 8 comfortably- game room too! Be on I-4 or I-75 within 10 minutes, 45 min to beaches or Disney! Eats & shopping nearby. Welcome! SLEEPING: master bed 1 has a king and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is oversized with a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed & vanity area, Bedroom 4 has a pull out couch. EATING: The kitchen is fully furnished with snack bar, large dining room with table for 6 or 8 if you pull up the spare chairs, patio table in back with gas grill. PLAYING: Game room offers board game table, foosball, reading corner. Family room offers plenty of seating, puzzle table. WiFi and Streaming is available. Outside your are welcome to load the feeders and birdwatch (seed provided) or visit our fairy garden. Be Careful of wayward golf balls! This golf course is private- the views are gorgeous. WORKING: Dedicated work space in the family room. Full size laundry room and mud sink.

Lovely little home away from home for our family trip to the Tampa area. The kids loved playing games and exploring outside. Beautifully decorated and stocked well.
Highly recommend Trish’s Encanto! What a spectacular comfortable and inviting space. Everything was just as described- we loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings and cocktails in the cozy living room in the evenings. We will be back!
This home is truly a piece of paradise!! We stay in a lot of airbnb properties and own an airbnb ourselves and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed… Gorgeous scenery with exotic birds in a quiet walkable neighborhood. It was so cozy and private. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we were sad to leave! Trish was amazing and we would absolutely stay at this property again!
Trish was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. The home was great, very quaint and worked out very well for my family. I would definitely look book again and again.
