房子很干净，配备很齐全，住着很方便。但房子自己顶楼没有电梯，搬行李上楼不方便。 但入住时间要下午四点，对于早班机到达尼斯，想休息一下的人很不方便，沟通后未能提前入住。退房得上午11点。如果能宽容点会更好。

Alexander’s apartment met all our expectations and then some. From the welcome pack of wine and snacks to the little things such as emergency toothbrush it’s clear that much thought has gone into the presentation of this wonderfully located and well appointed apartment to ensure guests enjoy their stay. We couldn’t fault anything and appreciated the effort Alexander made to communicate and ensure our comfort. Staying in the old town of course means there will be stairs. We are no longer young and it won’t be too long before we will no longer be able to cope with luggage on a long flight of stairs to a rooftop apartment. But for now we are grateful to have been able to enjoy the fabulous outlook the terrace offers and the hospitality Alexander offers.

A great place in Nice to stay. Despite there is no lift, the place still deserves a five star. Especially the balcony can see the beautiful city view.
