At the end of my stay, Mark asked me to write a review in Chinese. 在入住之前看到了其他客人的评论说Mark像一位朋友、一位智者。在此处留宿的时候，这两个形容不断出现在我的脑海里。 Mark很热衷于收拾他的房子，所以卫生条件是不在话下的。此外Mark非常好客，把住客当成朋友一样款待，难怪客人都表示宾至如归。 Mark在学习中文，并且他对中国的社会文化历史有在认真了解和学习。有一天晚餐的时候我们有过一场非常让人难忘的对话，相信对彼此来说都很有启发。他很真诚，我很高兴能听到他的视角。我相信他会找到他想要的答案。 Prior to checking in, I read about comments describing Mark as “just like a friend”, “a sage”. These two descriptions kept popping up in my mind as I stayed with Mark. Mark enjoys doing housekeeping, so cleanliness is for sure. And Mark is very hospitable as well. He treats guests like friends. No wonder guests feel like home. Mark is learning to speak Chinese, and is seriously interested in learning about Chinese culture, history, and society. We had a wonderful conversation at a dinner, which I believe has inspired us both. He’s very genuine and open-minded, and I believe he’ll find the answer he’s searching for.

My experience with Mark was top notch from the moment I clicked reserve to the moment I departed for home. Mark’s home was beautiful, spotless and welcoming. Mark is definitely the host with the most. There were so many places to eat and the BART train was close. I was there for business but if I were there on vacation, it would be an excellent place to stay after a long day of site seeing! Thanks again Mark!

What a gem! The house is immaculate and Mark made me feel right at home. The room and bed were very comfortable, but most importantly, I felt very comfortable around Mark. He is very generous, sharing his homemade foods and fresh fruits, kitchen wares, and also intuitive about his interactions with guests -- when i felt like quiet, he gave me space, and when I felt like chatting he was very interesting to talk with. I can't think of a single thing that I'd change about my stay.

Had the best time for the 2 weeks I spent with Marc. He is one of the most gracious, generous and caring person I’ve met. Always available to give me recommendations about the city, share a meal or just hang out. I would recommend him to anyone that comes to the city!

Mark’s Airbnb was such a delightful experience. He is an amazing host and made sure I had a great time during my short trip to San Francisco. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and also has a small desk that for me was a plus for remote working. I can’t wait to return back to SF and stay again at Mark’s airbnb.
