We enjoyed staying here. It’s comfortable and well supplied with what you need. The village shop and post office is just a minutes walk away, as is the bus stop, and there is also off street parking. Steve had even put up some Christmas decorations as we were there over the festive period, very thoughtful.

My family and I (2 adult, 2 children) stayed here whilst on a short visit to York. The place iteslf is cosy, was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We all slept in the one bedroom comfortably - there was one double bed, one single bed and we brought a cot bed for our little one. Steve was a most accomodating host. He was super quick to respond to messages before booking and managed the letting of his flat to meet our needs. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. The flat itself is situated in an lovely village outside of York. It's not too far (15 mins) from a big supermarket and other shops making it ideal for us to use as a base for our visit. I would definitely recommend this property and Steve as a host.
