Barbara’s house is the perfect place to spend some relaxing time near the beautiful beaches of Argentario. The bedrooms are cozy and they all have air conditioning. The garden outside is perfect to have dinner and cook on the barbecue. There is also a well maintained shared swimming pool in the same complex where the house is located. Beaches are only 10/15 minutes drive from the house. Barbara is an amazing host. She can really make you feel welcomed and she’s always ready to help with recommendations.

Barbara is a very committed host. We booked last minute on the day of arrival and Barbara organised everything in such a short time - even a cleaner right before our arrival. She gave us great recommendations for the area and also made reservations for us at nice restaurants. One morning the water did not work for a couple of hours. Barbara immediately did her best to find out why - and the cause was apparently due to some local repair work, so out of her hands. The house has its charme - you can feel Barbara’s personal touch. We did not spend much time in the house as we were at the beach most of the time. Thus we did not use the kitchen much - which is small but sufficient if you do not plan to cook extravagantly for many people. The upstairs is charming - and gives the house its lofty feel. The house and its equipment is not new and there are bits and pieces that might need mending but overall it offers everything you need for a beach vacation. The house is situated on a busy street - with the bedrooms facing that street. It also has a great restaurant around the corner. If you are looking for peace and quiet - this is not for you - but if you enjoy a bustling authentic Italian atmosphere (which we did) this is great. The house is located within a gated community. The pool is close by and it was never very busy there during our stay. The garden of the house is nice and chilling out in the hammock was great.

Bellissima location accogliente e situata in un contesto ben curato. Barbara è stata gentilissima e sempre pronta rispetto alle richieste fatte come anche i suoi collaboratori. La ringrazio per l'ospitalità torneremo sicuramente visto il contesto adatto ad ospitare grandi e piccini, dal momento che soggiornavo con tre bambini piccoli e particolarmente vivaci.

Our stay in Barbara place was lovely! The house is very cute next to a great restaurant and very close to the beach The house has the full comforts, the assistance with the check in was great and the house was very clean and the garden outstanding Thank you for making our staying great!

The flat is very cozy and extremely suitable for my needs in capalbio. There is a supermarket very close and the beach isn’t longer than 10mn by car. The pool is shared with other people living in the condominium but wasn’t busy during my stay. The house is well furnished and I had a great attention from Bárbara since the booking.
