Just bring your clothes and your groceries. . .this great house is ready for you! The Devi YaYa House is just 3 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Main house is big enough to spead out your family in 11 delightfully themed rooms. 4 of the BRs are in annex (basement area without bath). Just 13 minutes (7 miles)away, the Boone/Blowing Rock area. App State is in downtown Boone being only 13 min away. Enjoy skiing, snow tubing, hiking trails. Dogs OK. $100 fee.Must be 25 to book. Three minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway, Devi Ya Ya House is thrilled to welcome you to our divine abode on the ground. Spaciously accommodating large groups in 11 delightfully themed bedrooms that will soothe you, make you smile and be your home away from home, Devi Ya Ya House mountain retreat is a minutes drive from a world class spa facility, gorgeous hiking trails and Kodak Moment photo opps. Just a few minutes away, the Boone/Blowing Rock area features more year-round activities than you can shake a stick at. Hiking, tubing, fishing, gem mining, the list goes on.... A two day minimum is required--yall will want to stay longer, but two days at least! Except on holiday dates then it's 3-4 day minimum. 12.75% tax is included in the daily price compliments of the state and county. And a cleaning fee of $285/305 will be added...it costs us alot to clean 11 BR, 2 kitchens and 2 LRs! Pet owners take heart! Devi Ya Ya House knows your dog is different...better than the rest! So bring them along. Pet fee is $100. A non-smoking property, Devi Ya Ya House is nestled in a quiet rambling neighborhood and not suitable for loud parties, though family, corporate and business groups are welcomed. Devi Ya Ya House has a fully equipped kitchen. Devi Ya Ya has a precious shabby chic single person BR with a wood burning fireplace. Dining room, large living room with extra dining table, 50" TV ...WiFi, games, books, amazing views, mountain charm, and all that. Our temperate climate here does not require A/C. Daytime high temps are 76 in summer. Plus there's a cozy living room upstairs to get away from all that cooking and chit chat happening downstairs! Check in at 3pm and check out is at 11am unless you let us know in advance that you want late check-out.

We were a large group and and Anne’s place accommodates us really well. The house had all we needed and it worked wonderfully. Plenty of space to be together without being crowded.
The house was very spacious and easily accommodated all of us better than other AirBnBs had done. We greatly appreciate the space and Anne for trusting us with it.
Our stay at the YaYa house was great. Plenty of beds and places to gather. The property is beautiful and secluded enough to feel like a truly private stay.
I hosted my first ever women’s retreat at the Devi Yaya House! It was amazing. There were 13 of us, and we never felt crowded at all. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed. They even have two coffee makers! It felt super homey and comfortable. The location is great. We had 8 cars between the 13 of us, which I was initially worried about for parking purposes. We were able to easily call and reserve some parking spaces at Art of Living retreat center, but we didn’t even end up needing them. It is worth knowing that the annex bedrooms don’t have a bathroom, but to be honest, we didn’t even need to use those bedrooms! Just good to know for planning purposes. This house is beautiful, has so much love and good energy, and is the perfect place to stay for large groups. Thanks so much, Anne!
We loved staying here in Boone! Anne’s house felt like home and was a great space for our family-friend reunion. We had enough space for everyone without using the annex, and especially loved the large living room where we could gather together. The outdoor space was great too - We had a bonfire & s’more’s one night! Thanks for hosting!

Please be aware that you are in a neighborhood and even tho each lot is an acre, sound travels well between houses. So have fun and remember to keep your voices down as the evening progresses so that the neighbors aren't complaining about too much noise. Outside quiet time starts at 10pm. If you're renting in the winter...consider traveling here in 4WD/AWD vehicles. All roads are paved but mountain roads can ice and freeze befores downtown Boone and Blowing Rock.
