Retired after twenty years of working around the world, I am happy to offer an alternative to travellers in the form of old fashioned hospitality in a private and peaceful setting. My guests have included artists, photographers, performers, business people, lovers and those seeking a complete break away. Fairlight has hosted guests who came to be part of various sporting functions in the Valley- cycle classic, QLD ski race titles, dirt bike trails, bushwalking and canoeing. The guests have come from every Australian state , and our international guests have come from 27 countries including Ireland, Denmark, China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, England,Sweden, Brazil, South Africa, Belgium, Zimbabwe, New Zealand, Canada,the Netherlands, Iran and India. Whether it is a two night stay or a fortnight holiday, my joy is twofold...welcoming back past guests and wondering who will come next!
