This is the 2nd time I have stayed with Vera in this unit. It is perfect for a base of operations for an adventuring couple or individual on a budget. The patio is an especially nice place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee. Two thumbs-up!!
If you need a short stay in Atenas, you will not be disappointed. You will be hard pressed to find a more attentive and engaging hostess. Pleasant surroundings and gorgeous views when paired with Vera’s depth of local knowledge and engaging conversation provided a most enjoyable stay.
Vera has an absolutely wonderful property, she definitely has pride of ownership, the grounds are keep neat and beautiful with many different plants and flowers all over the property. The view from the casita was outstanding and being able to get up in the morning and enjoy the view on the deck was one of our favourite things to do. Vera makes herself available to answer any questions you may have or recommendations of where to eat or get groceries. She was always quick to respond through Whats app. If you have any fur babies at home that you miss, Vera has 5 dogs and 1 cat that can help fill that void. I would definitely recommend Vera's place especially if you are looking for something peaceful and that is close to nature.
Good value for money, simple, rustic, but clean. Very peaceful, beautiful view from the private balcony. For my taste a slightly uncomfortable- hard bed and pillows, musty smell, but again, overall, quite good for the price. The hostess is very nice and attentive.
AMAZING! By far, this was the best AirBNB experience we've ever had. The apartment and view were better than we could have imagined. Our gracious host was so warm and helpful in every respect. We sat on the porch of our unit and enjoyed the many different birds and even a monkey! The peacefulness of our experience was worth so much more than we paid. We recommend staying here with every confidence that each guest will be treated as well as we were. FIVE STARS PLUS!
