Our condo is located in Viewpoint Villas- part of Shadowoods- There are 11 units built in the 80's (we still have plaid wallpaper in the kitchen) and we think ours has the best view! You will be overlooking Main Street Waynesville down in the valley and can see the cross at Mt. Lyn Lowry lighted at night in the distance. ****The road is steep and curvy coming to the condo but it is paved.**** You may see Turkeys meandering on your drive up :). Our condo is like staying at your grandparents house, cozy, well-stocked and lived in. It feels like a home, not a hotel or resort. We do add a $75 pet fee if you're travelling with your fur babies. We keep a few extra treats and cleaning supplies including pet towels stocked and ready for you. Feel free to enjoy the field at the entrance of Viewpoint Villas. Vivian and Cooper (our standard poodles) love to run and chase butterflies there. *In the mountains we often have cool mornings and evenings with warmer days. The temperature can fluctuate significantly more here than it does other places. There are many windows in our home to enjoy the beautiful view so it will NEVER be 73 degrees in our house in the winter/cooler months (November-April).
