Lovely place ... nice amenities, great location in Cebu Business Park and everything necessary is close. Bathroom / shower is very spacious and the 18th floor location has great view. Also the garden on the 7th floor is a nice relaxing area.

Annette is a very friendly host. She answered all my queries patiently and in no time. On the day of check-in, Annette's dad was there to welcome us and made check in a breeze. I love how thoughtful he was in adding personal touches to the place and prepared some snacks upon arrival. Our stay was very comfortable. I love how clean, safe, and quiet the place is. Everything we needed was in easy reach since the place was a few steps to Ayala Mall- yes, it was right in the heart of the city. The security was friendly to the tenants and always made sure they check with us each time we had visitors. We really felt safe. Overall, Annette's place was awesome. Made us feel like home. Safe and secure with top notch amenities. If we ever go back, I would definitely book this place again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anette's unit. Great location, they take care for the small details; coffee, tea, oil for cooking etc. highly recommended. I would love to have the unit again on my next visit in Cebu

Im happy to be the first to write a review for Annette's space. It is really perfect for a short or even long visit to Cebu. It is literally about 2 minutes to an entrance to Ayala Center Mall which has everything you could possibly want in the way of shops, dining, and even a great chiropractor (which I really needed at this time) Security is amazing and I felt totally safe and looked-after by the building staff. The apartment is on a very high floor (no problem because there are 3 super fast elevators) and the height means you can sleep without any noise issues at all. I slept late for the first time in weeks while I was there and loved it. No washing machine, but I usually pack hand wash things that dry quickly. However there are laundry facilities nearby for very reasonable fees and quick turnaround. Fantastic WiFi speed that allowed me to watch streamed movies online, and great cellphone coverage in the building in general. I never even saw or heard anyone else on my floor the entire week i was visiting. Dealing with Annette's Dad was easy and he was very patient and accommodating because my trip ended a day early and I had to check out in a rush to get back to work a bit sooner than I had anticipated. I would absolutely stay here again every time I go back to Cebu.
