This house worked out perfectly for what I needed it for! I stayed a week and was more than satisfied with the accommodations. Jeremy was a responsive host who communicated with me prior to my visit to work out a door code and then again to advise it was programmed. I would definitely stay here again as it was well worth the price paid!

Jeremy’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was a good size and place to work from. It was nice to walk along the river and though the house could use some updating, it had lots of nice technology features and good space.

Cute bungalow in historic Miamisburg. The beautifully restored kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal - or warm up take-out from the many restaurants nearby. Large master bedroom and washer and dryer make the stay comfortable. Located directly on a river bike path / walkway, I started my morning with a walk by the river - beautiful! Within walking distance of a cute historic downtown area with plenty of restaurant options. And don’t miss Bear Creek Donuts, Tom & Dot’s Gelato, or AmyCakes. You can walk to Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop, then across the street to the Plaza Theatre for a movie. Close to freeway access if you want to go to Dayton, Wright Patt Museum, or Kings Island. Also close to a Mall and Outlet Mall for shopping.
