Jacqui and Paul couldn't have been any nicer and friendlier. We were there to help celebrate my best friends 80th birthday. His home was only 5 minutes drive from our ABNB, and the best bakery I've ever been in was halfway between my friends home and our rooms. Jacqui and Paul provided us with great coffee every morning and great suggestions for activities for the day. They also offered us plenty of fresh eggs from their hen house, but who wants eggs when you can drive 2 minutes to that great bakery (Sierra Rising) and eat way too much sugar. The other couple who traveled with us, and my wife and I all felt like we became friends of Jacqui and Paul. If you are going to Lotus for the great raft trips on the American river, the put in is only 5 minutes away, and again, you drive right by the bakery. They also have a beautiful pool to relax in, but we were there in Feb. and that wasn't something we felt the urge to indulge in. I would stay here again anytime I return to Lotus.

Jacqui was super kind, communicative, and flexible. The stay was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was super clean, good sized, cool in the heat, a real delight. I wasn’t even looking for a pool. Everything including the entire, expansive property was super clean. Definite five stars all the way around! I will be back.

Jacqui and Paul’s place is absolutely perfect! We felt at home immediately upon arrival. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and the property is beautiful! We can’t wait to visit again!

They were super kind and extremely flexible with our check in. Loaned us a shirt and water shoes for our rafting trip. Even checked on my mom a couple times to make sure she had everything she needed while we were away. Super duper sweet. Washed our clothes for us and any dishes that we used while staying there.

The rooms and bathroom were clean with all the amenities available. The room temperatures were comfortable and controllable by the dweller. The well-maintained kitchenette and fridge with very clean with pool tables/chairs for eating and hanging out outside. Very easy cooking to cook up simething quick with induction pan. There was a clean and well-maintained pool with outdoors showers. Quiet and peaceful ambiance. Such a nice place for my family amd myslef to rtn to after a full day of white water rafting.
