We had a wonderful stay in Casa Corazon 3 ! The location was absolutely perfect. The beach is gorgeous and quiet and the property is extremely well cared for. The service was excellent as well. We would love to return and highly recommend !!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about casa corazon. Some reviews say that house 2 & 3 aren't right on the beach so I was a little worried that it would be far but it's literally 10 steps different from the others. All 3 homes are stunning. You get access to the private pool and you feel like you're on your own island with the private beach. There was kayaks and equipment to snorkel, hammocks, and so many options for swim gear for our kids and even beach toys. Inside was perfect. The setup was wonderful. Great size kitchen, filtered water tank, comfy beds. Clean! The concierge was incredible. Getting in we got a little lost but they answered right away and guided us to the front to bring our bags inside. They were responsive the entire stay. The town of Tulum is just under 20 minutes. The beach resort strip is about 25 minutes. Xel ha is a family friendly natural water park and only 5 minutes away. 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Location - I’ve stayed in quite a few places in Cancun/playa, and this bay has one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches I’ve experienced. It’s extremely quiet with only other villa rentals and one small boutique hotel. Service - During business hours, any questions, reservations, transportation you could need are just a Whatap msg away. Cleanliness - bungalow was squeaky clean upon arrival and is cleaned daily by housekeeping who even do your dishes. Cons: There is only one restaurant in this bay, and it is fancy and expensive (also absolutely delicious). There is no where to get a cheap snack, drink or some breakfast. Transportation out of the bay and into town was quoted as $50 each way. We needed up renting a car. I ended up spiking a fever one night and messaged for some extra blankets around 9pm and the staff was gone. If you need something after business hrs, you’re out of luck. Casa #3 is very tight. The second room is tiny and only accessible via the outside.

Corazon 3 was well appointed. Someone with great design sense furnished it. It was small but nice to have the whole crew available for help if needed. The house keeping crew was wonderful. I would only stay in Corazon 1 or 2 if I return.

The concierge staff went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome - Vicente in particular was super friendly. The property was well maintained and they offered daily maid service so it was almost like hotel level of service. The bay is serene and we experienced some amazing snorkeling just steps from the beach. Every morning and evening we enjoyed chilling under the palapa staring out at the water. Very relaxing!
