This place was absolutely amazing, I am trying to find the words to describe our stay. We were blessed with Marcos and his wife that are the property like angels making food and cleaning up. Images you rented an entire resort and you have a private hot tub on the roof, and amazing dock that has stairs to the water and the house have every snorkel, kayak, floaty accessorie you could ask for. Great water pressure, bidets on the toilets and the entire experience was bliss to my family and I we really needed the get away. Don't waste your time or money at a resort, stay here at Casa Caribbean Soul instead.

This place is incredible. We had the best week and everything was absolutely perfect. The dock made our trip, our kids fished off it all day, everyday and we lounged in the hammocks right with them. There was so much to do from sun up to sun down with so much privacy. Marcos and Lady took care of everything, including cooking us and serving us the most incredible meals. 10/10 all around perfect. I felt so relaxed and at home and cannot wait to come back. We are a big family of 6 and fit perfectly. Every room had a king sized bed that was so comfortable. Perfect holiday, thank you marcel for sharing your piece of paradise.

Marcel‘s house in a private gated community, right outside of Tulum was absolutely peaceful and serene. The House Manager , who lives in a Casita on the property, Marcos and his wife Lediwere incredibly sweet & accommodating. Ledi is also a cook & prepared 2 meals a day for our family Which we thoroughly enjoyed. The surrounding neighborhood were all beautiful homes… There is a lack of restaurant options that we notice. We enjoyed having Ledi cook for us instead. The taxis are extremely expensive in Tulum, so a day trip to Tulum round-trip would cost about $160. we just preferred, as a family of4, to stay on the property. The ocean, lagoon was absolutely beautiful. The dock, and the sun deck area was our favorite spot. They had kayaks, paddle boards, & snorkeling gear that our kids absolutely loved using. the only little issue we had that was resolved fairly quickly. Was we lost power one night and the AC room units turned off. However, Marcos, fix the AC. We loved it here!!

The place was more beautiful than the pictures. Everything is well thought out and the attention to detail was top notch. Leydi made us amazing meals, they shopped and stocked the fridge for us before arrival, and Marcos and Leydi kept the place in perfect order. We loved every second and would be back in a heart beat.

This place was amazing! Best house in Tulúm! This was the best kept house in the region from what we saw with the best kept and sandy beach. The deck was a game changer. Marcel was super responsive. Marcos and Ledyi made the trip. They made delicious home cooked, authentic meals and were incredibly attentive. Marcos takes the beach every day, took care of the grounds and always had a smile on his face. They made the trip and set this airbnb above the competition. Only downside was that we experienced some authentic Mexican experiences with a 24 hour stretch of no power and 2 scorpions that Marcos swiftly took care of but those were minor. Would 10/10 stay here again.
