This villa is GORGEOUS! A private oasis not too far from downtown Tulum while still feeling peaceful and remote. This space was perfect for 6 girls on a bachelorette and could have easily accommodating a few more people. Alberto and Lucy who maintain the property were definitely the highlight of the trip— SOO kind and helpful. We had lots of our meals prepared by them and it was really tasty. We had a minor mishap when the power went out for a few days (the whole street went down), but the staff and hosts were really apologetic and proactive to accommodate us to ensure we felt comfortable despite not having AC for a few nights, we understood it was out of their control. The house is spotless and the grounds are breathtaking, we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Villa. Alberto and Luci are the on-site caretakers and are responsive and very helpful. They are very sweet. They cooked our suppers and the food was excellent. The villa has everything -- I mean everything. The entry into the bay was rocky -- you need water shoes or even better -- diving boots (7mm thick). The doors into the bedrooms are only semi-private. One cannot see into the bedrooms, but significant sounds would definitely be audible in the main areas. The air conditioners worked well. They are in the bedrooms and in the large kitchen/living room/dining room. There is plenty of porch space, and also comfortable chaise lounges near the water (15 meters away). WE had 8 adults and one infant and did not seem crowded because it is nicely set up. We also enjoyed the roof top area in the evening. The manager, Rhett, came by and gave some good information about the area. He was quite responsive via an app. He wants you to enjoy your stay!
