Luxury apartment on the top floor of Kannur's tallest building boasting majestic views of the sea and Mappila Bay. The apartment is decorated with artwork and furniture from Kerala -- especially a life size Mural created by a renowned local artist in the bedroom. Located in the plush green Cantonment area, close to major tourist attractions - St. Angelos Fort, Payyambalam Beach, Light house and Arrakkal Museum. Building facilities includes 24 hour power, gym and pool. This is in an apartment building with other local residents for neighbours. Please be considerate with regards to noise, especially at night. No parties and outside guests allowed.

I think this is the best place you can stay in whole kannur. With beautiful view of sea from the 19th floor balcony. The house was in peacful community even market area was close too. Raj is the fabulous caretaker, he will comfort you just like home and help in everything you need. The society has swimming pool also if you feel lazy enough to go beach😅. Thanks Karthik for the awesome stay🙏

Very convenient location, everything was fairly nearby. And the guidebook recommendations were great! A small microwave would be very useful though.

The house is very clean and has all the required amenities. Karthik is a responsive and caring host with great recommendations. Definitely will stay here next time I'm in Kannur!
