The property itself is great. The host (extra holidays which is the rental department for Wyndham) wasn’t a great experience. Several days before our trip I emailed them asking questions about our stay to which they never replied. Upon arrival at check in front desk, they didn’t have our reservation. It took about 30 min to convince them it wasn’t an owner (property is a time share) and it was extra holidays that was the host. Otherwise they said sorry, it’s Not our problem. I had to call and get them to speak to front desk get it all sorted and verified. Then I has to send screen shots proving I paid for the reservation beforehand in full. To clarify, this property is a time share. The management has a rental department who is the named host Extra Holidays. Luckily I stayed here before and booked through their website so I knew all of this. They didn’t have our room (one bedroom with jetted tub) and tried to downgrade to studio without jetted tub. That was the biggest reason we chose this property and significant cost difference. So it was quite frustrating and a real hassle to get it all straightened out. Almost missed sunset :( So be prepared if you book, to come with your printed receipt and confirmation and perhaps check with the host and check in both to make sure your reservation is there before you arrive.
