Did not get room booked and not advised of change until check in. New room was at a worse resort with less amenities and activities. Yes you can access the other resorts to use but it’s very inconvenient as it requires driving. Also, welcome pack was not given at check in and then I was called back to collect, but it had nothing in it I didn’t already know, having already been at resort for a day. If booking with Club Wyndham try not to get Sheerwater Resort, go for Bali Hai Villas or Ka Eo Kai.

While we were unexpectedly moved to another resort, we were very happy with the move. Felt like an upgrade. Ended up with a room at the Shearwater property and it was perfect. Quiet, private, ocean view room. Enough space for three adults to comfortably spend a whole week together. Staff was very friendly at all the Wyndham properties in the area. Look forward to another visit in the future.

I have often stayed in Princeville but in other Airbnb, but this particular location was the best I’ve ever stayed in, Safe, clean, close to everything, and the staff were very accommodating, My family and I definitely had a great time and given the opportunity again we would book the same

We stayed here for a couple of nights and the place have everything we needed. Very spacious with high ceiling (we have the upstair unit). The place is super clean. The only setback is there was no A/C, which I am not sure if it's a common thint in Kauai because this is our first time here. However, after opening the windows and let the natural air in, the place did cool down significantly.
