Garquoy is a modern self-catering apartment in a great location. The views of the harbour and hills beyond are fantastic and there is also a sheltered deck area to enjoy the outdoors. The apartment is a self-contained private flat within our house with it's own entrance and a locked connecting door so we are usually around if you need any help or advice. Sorry but no smoking, no pets and no wild parties or events. If you have kids or special requests we will do our best to set things up for you in advance; cot, high chair, car seat - just let us know what you need.

If you are looking for somewhere in central Stromness look no further. The only caution is that you have to be able to manage quite steep steps to get from the car parking to the apartment. The view over the harbour is amazing and everywhere is within walking distance.

A lovely little flat, exquisitely designed to optimise use of space (which was very limited). Great views of harbour and handy for the town but a pretty quiet street.

We have private parking, elevated views and all just one minute down a lane from the picturesque Stromness town centre with a selection of great pubs, shops, galleries, supermarket etc. You really couldn't find a better location.

出行信息

The bus station, harbour and ferry terminal are all within two minutes of the front door so the flat is ideal if you are on foot. There are loads of great walking and cycle routes nearby. We also have private parking and it's a short drive to all the other wonderful things Orkney has to offer.
