the listing was as described. Co-Host Charles was helpful and responsive I only didn't rate it higher because the floors were dirty and there we spiders in the bathroom and sleeping area. internet went out on the second day which the host tried to resolve but their service provider wasn't responsive so I couldn't even watch TV.

The deck , location and view are ahmazing!!! The lower room ,however needs some attention by the host and her cleaning crew ....Amanda is an attentive , understanding and accommodating host

This room is absolutely precious! Small, but well designed and furnished. Perfect for a solo traveler or romantic getaway. There is a shared upper and lower deck for overseeing the rapids on the Spring River, which was quite calming. And you’re just across the street from getting into the water. Everything is within easy distance once you’re there. Amanda and Hunter (the property manager) had fantastic recommendations, including coffee at the drive-thru Kup a Luv and blackened whitefish at Spring River Brewery. Do note that you should bring your own toiletries, and coffee. Hardy is very laid back, but gorgeous, and Amanda and her team couldn’t be nicer and more willing to make your stay special.
