Eddie's house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Check-in and out was extremely easy and all information was provided in a timely fashion. We didn't need any assistance during our stay, but I felt that if we had, he would have been extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful get away!

The place is walkable to the local shops- one small, locally owned grocery store and a few restaurants. There is also a park with small playground equipment right off the river within walking distance which was great for the kids. We did find out fairly quickly that we are within 100 yards of the train tracks and it’s very active with a train passing through at minimum 5-6 times throughout the day and night. Luckily all of our kiddos sleep pretty hard so after the first shock from the noise it didn’t bother them much. We hosted Thanksgiving lunch here with our relatives after we drove from North Florida (Almost 14 hours) and with the porch and downstairs it was spacious enough for all of us. Eddie was very responsive and even sent someone back out to clean due to bathrooms being unclean when we arrived. For the price and area I feel like it’s nice. Definitely could use more clean towels with 10 guests but we had a good stay!
