Rick is a great host and super friendly! His place is extremely family friendly and perfect if you have a active family needing to always burn off energy. the house is a work in progress but it's fun to see all the improvements he has done and is still doing. the house is very clean but not so sterile I was afraid to relax with my kids. thank you Rick, we have house our house to stay at when we come see our college student.

We loved this rental! We had a large group visiting Spokane for a conference and the many beds and bedrooms in this house met the need perfectly. The older house has had a recent remodel and the kitchen and bathrooms are very adequate. The surrounding neighborhood is mostly commercial buildings. If you are looking for a place for a lot of people to stay and are not too concerned about being at a scenic spot, this house is a great option. The host was very friendly and great with communication.

The place was perfect for our family graduation gathering. It was so comfy like a home away from home. Rick was quick to respond when I text him. He was so generous and he went out of his way to have a new BBQ grill brought over for us to use. If ever in Spokane again, I will definitely rent this home again.

The host could try updating pictures and remove amenities that are not working. Jetted tub, garbage disposal the kids room, no slide. Shower lasts for two maybe three people max. 50gal electric. Update the fact that this is not a whole house rental. It shares a garage with locals who make it smell disgusting. They have access to the bathroom. Had to lock the doors when the kids wanted to go out and play and some random person was there. Charge half for cleaning fee as the house was horrible and smelled of sweat even after putting $100 in candles. I’m sure Rick will have some snarky remark to help try to salvage his reputation. My advice, if you pay more than $200 a night here you are getting scammed. The place is ok size but literally can spend half what he charged me and find 10x better locations. I refused a refund from Airbnb however they gave me $300 of $1500 for two days…
