Located in a quiet neighborhood directly on Sky Prairie Park and in the heart of 5-Mile Prairie in North Spokane. Our home offers you 2,800 sqft of living space with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We offer a fully stocked, modern kitchen and updated interior. The backyard beckons with an in-ground heated SEASONAL swimming pool (Late April/ early May through late Sept), hot tub and dining area, you'll feel like you're in Palm Springs! -City of Spokane short-term rental permit# Z24-121STRN SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located on the main floor with a king size adjustable sleep number bed. Four additional bedrooms are located upstairs which consist of a king, queen, full and twin sized beds. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are located on the main floor. POOL and Hot Tub: The hot tub is open year round, the pool is seasonal. Depending on the weather the pool typically opens late April or early May. Pool typically closes mid September.

Loved our stay at the Park Oasis! Very spacious, easily accommodated two small families where everyone had their own room and child friendly. Clint and Maribeth were wonderful hosts, super friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short amazing! We will definitely be back the next time our travels take us to Spokane.
We loved the house and location. The bedrooms were great for the family and the living space was comfortable and large enough for everyone to hang out. I would highly recommend.

This home has been our favorite rental so far in Spokane! The home has many luxury features, inside like motion sensors for the closets, a fireplace easy to light with two switches, beautiful home layout, with additional TV theatre style room! Complimentary programming as well! The outside is beautiful to hike on the trail right outside and the amenities in the fenced yard is incredible with a big hot tub and deck area for dining! The owners were super responsive to any questions at anytime! Highly recommend this gem! We cannot wait to go back!

Our home is located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac. Speed limit is 10 mph at ALL times as there are numerous children at play. No street parking.
Sky Prairie Park amenities include; miles of walking/biking paths, tennis courts, playgrounds and picnic areas.
