By historical Corbin Park & approximately 1.5 miles to Gonzaga University, downtown sports stadiums, performing arts venues, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, Riverfront Park & close to the Centennial Trail for outdoor recreation. Relax in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home & enjoy the spacious kitchen, dining room, & living room with plenty of space for people to relax and have fun! This newly renovated, charming, 100 year old home offers a spacious front porch and a large kitchen, a dining room that seats 8 people at the table, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need and has a coffee and tea bar for that perfect start to your morning. The living room has a Smart 65 inch TV with LG internet channels and a XBOX One. There is a main floor bedroom (bedroom #1) with a walk in closet and built in drawers and shelves. This bedroom also has its own private shower and bathroom. There is a main floor half bathroom as well. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a dedicated work space in bedroom #2 with a desk, computer chair, and easily accessed outlets by desk. In bedroom #3, there is a large closet and a Smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and an Apple TV for streaming along with over 20 channels. In bedroom #4, there is a large walk in closet. All bedrooms have queen beds in them. Front door is accessed by four steps and the back door has one step for entry. For additional entertainment, there are board games, Blu Ray DVDs, XBOX games, puzzles, and books available at the house. There is off street parking in the driveway and also free parking in the street. There is free high speed internet. The washer and dryer are in the basement. A gas grill is available in backyard for cooking.

We were very pleased with this accommodation: well decorated with new remodel. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well furnished with necessities and extras. Linens and towels were fresh and looked new. Walk around Corbin Park was lovely. Location was close to the Spokane Arena. Kristi was prompt to reply to our questions.
We loved this beautiful old house that has been completely remodeled inside. It was immaculate and there were even some drinks in the fridge and nicely stocked kitchen. The furnishings are lovely and the hosts very helpful. The house is close to a beautiful park and not far from some great restaurants and downtown activities. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the house as a nice home to stay in. We especially liked the children's nook underneath the stairs and sitting on the front porch enjoying the flowering trees.
We stayed here for a conference and it was almost perfect! We had a little bit of trouble with the Internet one night, but that was the only negative thing I could say. Everything seemed brand new, plenty of comfortable beds, an amazing living room, lots of parking, outrageously clean, and a screaming value. Kristi was accommodating, kind, responsive, and helpful. Stop looking - stay here!
Best stocked Air B&B home we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a good number. Also very comfortable and spacious. Nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown and the university district. Hosts were very accessible and clearly care that their guests have a positive experience.
