We stayed at Katrina’s place as we were having the floors redone in our home. Katrina’s place was great for our family of seven, there was something for everyone! Katrina really thinks of every detail and we did not have to worry about bringing anything extra! Highly recommend!

A group of friends stayed at the house and we felt right at home. While we didn't have time to enjoy all of the great amenities (pool table, fire pit, conveniently placed televisions), we love that we could have! I am from Spokane so I have taken Bigelow Gulch to Argonne many times, but I have never ventured into this neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised. The house is in a development, but in back, you feel fairly secluded. The home was spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the necessities for cooking and entertaining. It was clean and well maintained. Katrina was an amazing communicator. She answered questions I had promptly and thoroughly. From check-in to check-out, our communication was seamless. While you feel like you are in a remote location, amenities are less than 10 minutes drive (grocery stores, gas station, restaurants) and there are several convenient routes you can take to downtown. I recommend traveling along Upriver Drive! 100% an awesome place to stay!

Katrina’s place was great! Plenty of room, very nice, stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our time outside grilling. The kids loved the pool table and backyard . The home was clean and welcoming!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this beautiful house is. The photos don’t do it justice. The pantry is well stocked and there is every type of appliance we could have wanted. The linens and towels seemed to be brand spanking new, and even the extra towels and blankets in the closet were new and perfectly folded and stacked. Thank you again for this amazing experience at your beautiful home. The value was perfect!

Everything of this place is great. Good hang out for a couple families. The mattresses are so comfortable, kitchen is functional, awesome social place.
