Great home in a great location. Modern look and feel. Host is very responsive. All around wonderful experience. Would absolutely stay here again.

The good: The house was very nicely decorated, parking in garage, allowed early entry since my wife was not feeling well. Quick at responding to messages. And the house is stocked in the kitchen with whatever you would need to cook any meal you want. Nice Keurig and some pods as well. The Bad: The internet password was incorrect, and the TV's would not stream, and the Fridge screen was not connected at well. They messaged with me to figure out the correct password to use, and I had to go into settings on the tv's to get them to work. The vent in the guest bathroom is located where you would stand to use the toilet and will hurt you foot, be aware. The sitting area outside that they show in pictures, is covered in cat hair and some stain? When I opened the door a cat was sitting on them. Unusable. I paid $145 in cleaning fees, only to be told I had to clean the house, take out garbage, do the dishes and laundry, on vacations you pay not do that, what was the $145 for a day for?

This house was spotless clean and exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The instant hot water heater made morning showers worry-free. I didn’t have much reason to communicate with the host but when I did the response was fast. The proximity to town was great, far enough away from some of the less desirable areas, it was a quick drive to the venues for our basketball games.

The house was spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need. It doesn't feel like a rental. All around a perfect stay! The thermostat was a bit tricky but it was warm enough that we just turned it off. Seriously though, I stay at airbnb's for work all the time and this one is top of the list!

We have pretty high standards, and were extremely pleased from start to finish! We typically pay on the low end $500 a night for exceptional hotel stays, and this Airbnb stole my bougie heart ♥️. Beautiful layout, simple yet well chosen décor throughout the home. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that felt so comfortable, and my family felt the same! My 15, 16 and 25 yr old girls all agreed! We will definitely stay with Mariko again! Thank you so much for a flawless stay in Spokane!
