Set in the rural Eastern Cape 11 Seafield Lane is one of the prime locations in the Kleinemonde East village. With a view of the river and a 5-minute walk to the pristine village beach, this is the perfect spot for a family getaway or a time of R&R with friends. The top deck of the house is ideal for sundowners and tanning, while the back and front decks are a beautiful setting for meals and entertaining. While the kitchen is well equipped, the outside braai (barbeque) gets lots of use! The house is decorated in a comfortable beach cottage style and has plenty of space for socialising. The main lounge is on the mid-level of the three-level house, while the TV lounge is on the top level. The entertainment areas are all open plan, creating a lovely flow to the space. The ground floor has one bedroom and a large kids' entertainment area, as well as the laundry zone. Guests are welcome to make use of the sports and beach equipment. There are two tennis courts in the village - you may book the court at the village tennis club ahead of your game. All sports and beach equipment is used at your own risk.

11 Seafield Lane is everything it is advertised to be and more. The house is well equipped, lovely and homey and absolutely perfect for a family holiday. The location is outstanding. You are just a short walk from the beach. This is a goodie.

A beautiful, warm & welcoming family beach house!! We loved our stay in Kleinemonde, stunning area, immersed in nature with gorgeous beaches and water ways. We woke up to lovely bird sounds each morning! Trevor and Liz’s place is extremely comfortable and spacious. We had 8 people staying and the house was more than adequate for us all. We especially loved how all the rooms flowed into the central seating area of the house where we could all converge and relax with a tea, coffee or drink. It was perfect for our family. The views are superb from all the decks. We hope to return for future holidays. Thank you so much Trevor and Liz. We had a marvellous time !!

The beauty of the village at Kleinemonde East is its exquisite, untouched wildness. Birdlife is thriving in the area and every now and then monkeys like to swing by for a quick visit. Visitors can even book horse rides close by to explore the area on horseback via a guided outride. A truly restorative time in nature and deep R&R is what you can expect here.
It's important to have a car available to get around. The nearest town is Port Alfred, which is about a 20-minute drive away. Port Alfred has a shopping centre on its outskirts called Rose Hill, which is fully equipped with grocery stores, ATMs, a cinema, restaurants and other chain stores, too.
There is a shuttle service from Port Elizabeth airport to Port Alfred, but we do recommend that you bring your own car if you're more local, or hire a car to ensure you can do day trips and get around easily, as there isn't really an Uber service or the like in such a rural area.
