Resort Villas Andalucia manages Villa Eagle with 5-bedroom (3 doubles and 2 bedrooms with 3 ind. beds) with private bathrooms, located next to the golf course and just a 15-minute walk from the charming village of Benalup. It features a huge swimming pool, a large tree-filled garden, BBQ & a roofed terrace. The spacious villa is fully equipped for family vacations with AC throughout the house and Wi-Fi. Small pets allowed with a supplement (upon request). Villa Eagle is a huge 5-bedroom Villa for maximum 12 guests. The living room and dining room are distributed in the same open space, with Chimney and large doors leading out to the terrace. The Kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances. All bedrooms offer twin beds (In 3 bedrooms the beds are dressed together) 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and French doors leading to the terrace. The main bedroom on the 1st floor with a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub and walk-in shower offers a large balcony with views over the pool and golf course. 2 additional bedrooms are found in the basement, each with 3 single beds, a small high window in each and these basement rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is air conditioning throughout the Villa, wifi, plenty wardrobe space and mosquito nets. The huge garden which borders the golf course offers a large lawn, private pool and sunbeds, trees and grapefruit trees, a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and BBQ. Fantastische week gehad in deze mooie villa! Als wij terugkomen naar deze streek, zullen we zeker weer dit huis huren. Enige punt van aandacht is de ietwat vochtige ruimtes beneden (de kelder kamers met 6 bedden) en de kwaliteit van een bed beneden. Wij enorm genoten in deze vrije villa in de prachtige omgeving!

We (people from an Equine-photographer-Tour) had a great time lying at the pool (or in) after exhausting photoshootings. I have seen that somebody wrote it is hard to get there with a minivan, but I can not agreed. We had a Mercedes Vito for 8 people and made it through the tight road. We had a great time and say GRACIAS!

Excellent service and super friendly advice and help during our whole stay- will definitely book with resort villas in the future - the house was super clean and the heating had been on prior to our arrival which made it all the more welcoming :)

Definir en pocas palabras lo cómoda, bonita y acogedora que es la villa, no le haría justicia. La zona es fantástica. Hemos tenido unas vacaciones y unas estancias excepcional, la atención de Resort Villas ha sido de 10. Si os lo estáis pensando no lo dudéis, este es el sitio donde relajarse y disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones , de su tranquilidad, así como degustar su magnifica gastronomía y sumergirse en las aguas de sus magníficas playas o visitar sus encantadores pueblos blancos. Volveremos con los ojos cerrados. Y encima sumar que si todo lo que ofrece la provincia de Cádiz es excelente, por encima de esa excelencia destaca su gente!!! Viva Cádiz!!!

Our Villas are well situated in a relaxing and natural environment, next to the Fairplay Hotel & Spa, and the 18 hole golf course.
Benalup-Casas Viejas is a charming typical Andalusian village, situated in the province of Cadiz, Andalusia, Southern Spain, in front of the Natural Oak Park. Small and quiet, the Village has everything you need.
The Villas are situated west of the Village, reached in 5 minutes by car or a pleasant stroll of 15-20 minutes. The Andalusian white village has plenty supermarkets, petrol stations, shops and lots of good bars and excellent restaurants.
The Natural Oak Park offers incredible views and many interesting hiking and bicycle routes. You can reach the stunning white sandy beaches of Costa de La Luz within 20 minutes, and white villages such as Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia y Alcala de la Frontera in 15 minutes
The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached easily by car within 20 minutes.
Cities like Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, and only 15 minutes from the stunning white villages of Vejer de La Frontera, Medina Sidonia, y Alcalá de los Gazules making it ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region and enjoy the natural surroundings.
