Great location, great hosts.

It was an okay place, awesome host and great location. It would have been way better if it was clean. The front steps had something smooshed into them, which we left there. There was hair on the bathroom floor, especially behind the toilet like it hadn’t been cleaned. Dusty and pet hair all over, especially the couch. (We actually had to use a bed sheet on it because we were grossed out a bit.) the whole place looked like it had a quick tidy, not a clean that you would expect when you’re paying a cleaning fee. The other item was at one point, a guy was talking on the phone from inside the main house, F-bombing every other word, which impacted the feel of the stay.

Loved this stay! we brought our dog and it was so nice to have a little yard and inside space friendly for pets. very clean and comfortable. right beside the KVR trail and not that long of a walk to the main parts of penticton. Great communication with the host. Lovely stay all in all

Excellent location for KVR access and biking, great private entrance and deck. James was a very responsive and helpful host.

Great location so close to beach and gorgeous walking path. Fantastic place to have a pet with a fenced back yard and lovely deck. Great space for my husband and I and our son. Would stay again anytime.
