Great place, clean, and a great host. Would definitely come back

Vitaliy was super responsive and a good host. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The main issue we had was the lack of hot water- my son wasn’t able to fill the tub before the water turned cold. My wife and I tried again on two separate times the next morning with the same result. This was without any other appliances in operation that would use up the water tank. It’s a bit surprising as the hot water tank itself was large and should have been able to handle the demand- maybe a burned out coil? This was a bummer as I had a head cold and hoped to take a bit of a longer shower to recuperate. I mentioned this to Vitaly on checkout and he mentioned he’d check in to this for future tenants. Otherwise the apartment was fine and clean.

Vitaliy’s place was very spacious and comfortable and a convenient drive to downtown Lewes and its attractions. Communication with Vitaliy was top notch.

This condo was surprisingly spacious and perfect for a weekend get-away with our family. We actually had to conduct some business and found the wifi was completely reliable. We even used the available HDMI cable to present on the smart TV. There was plenty of seating for all of us to relax comfortably in the open living room. The kitchen was well-appointed. We did not find the mattresses or pillows to be very comfortable, but everything was very clean and tidy.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and was in a great location. Vitaliy was a great host and responded right away when we needed to communicate. We would definitely recommend his place and look forward to coming back.
