We had a nice stay, the weather was terrible and what a shame! It would've been a great spot for outdoor activities. It's a good thing there were wonderful restaurants in Lewes. I loved that we could walk to Lewes and it was close to the bay/ocean, state park. Great stay in better weather.

We wanted a quick beach getaway at the last minute and found Mike’s place. Check-in was super easy and the place was spotless. Very easy walk to town for shopping and coffee and restaurants. It rained so we didn’t use the bikes, but had a great time just walking and exploring the beach and town. Would definitely stay here again.

Mike's place was clean and well appointed. It's a good value in a pricey area. The property is an easy walk over to the bridge to many restaurants and shops. We love Lewes and this is a nice place to stay.

Mike and his family get it, period. He is extremely helpful and prompt with check in and check out instructions as well as timely recommendations while staying at his place. Unlike many rentals, with Mike’s place you can expect quality. The toiletries are good, the towels are good, the shampoo isn’t colored water, the toilet paper isn’t half ply, even the bar soap was oatmeal. All the light bulbs work, the AC works, the doors close and lock well, the provided bicycles are quality. There is no asterisk with Mike’s place. It is what is expected, and he delivered. Again, Mike and his family get it. We thank him and his family for the hospitality and this will be our first choice when looking at our next Lewes visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The place was squeaky clean and uncluttered. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and supplied with extra blankets. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and all the great restaurants nearby. Mike’s restaurant recommendations were very helpful and we were never disappointed. Standouts were dinner at striper bites, lowes oyster house and a taste of italy, all just a couple of blocks from the condo. The station on kings also deserves mention for the quality of their food and espresso drinks. We slept like babies and ate like royalty. What more can you ask for?
