Lauri and John’s condo is a wonderful central location to the beach, downtown, and a short ride over to Cape Henlopen/ferry. We drove to the beach, but we have 2 little ones and didn’t have much time; otherwise, it would’ve been a short walk, <10 mins. It was very convenient to have toiletries and sheets already there and everything was well care for and clean. The provided games and coloring supplies were a great addition for indoor family activities. We would gladly recommend Lauri and John and their accommodations to families and anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Lewes. We definitely are hoping for another stay soon! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

John and Lauri’s condo is the best unit in the building with lots of windows. It has every amenity you could want and is wonderfully comfortable. Every year when we check in (about 5 years now) we feel immediately at home and relaxed. Thank you for sharing this wonderful space with us.

Convenient walk to both the beach and the town. Quiet even though facing a main street. Comfortable and clean place to stay in Lewes! We’d definitely come back.

We had a fantastic day! It was just a short walk to Lewes beach and into town right across the bridge. The hosts were wonderful and responsive. There was an air conditioner issue that was making very loud noises throughout the night. I messaged them and John got back to me immediately in the morning and had a technician out within hours. I don’t know that the issue was fully resolved, but it definitely improved the sound to the point that we could sleep through it. I appreciated that quick response so much as there was a baby sleeping in the room with us. My only complaint was the comfort of the twin beds in the second bedroom. I had my parents staying with us and they took that room since it was not big enough for a pack and play. The beds were fine, but not all that comfortable for two adults. I’d say the house is more suitable in that sense for two adults and children. But overall it was great!

Second stay at this property and everything was great. Will stay here again.
