The home itself was very nice, beautiful location on the water, bright and spacious. Our only issue was that the kitchen had an issue with ants which got into our dinner and had to be trashed. In addition the microwave malfunctioned and in trying to unplug it we discovered the cabinet had a significant amount of mice droppings. The ants were also found in the half bathroom on the first floor and upstairs in the master bedroom.

First time staying at an Air BnB and certainly set the bar high for future trips. Beautiful house!! Much bigger than photos show and immaculate. The view from the decks (all 3 levels) is gorgeous!!!

The view was the only good thing about the stay & that is what everyone in our party of eight had to said. Everyone said that the place has a lot of safety/maintenance issues that need to be fixed. Chris was not responsive & did not fix any of the issues. The following safety/maintenance issues have been brought up to Airbnb & the host 1 The main floor ac did not work, host said he would send someone out to fix it but never did 2) There are rodents living in the walls in the lower level where the gym/bedroom is 3) There was a flood in the lower level & we had to clean it up, we informed the host & he said nothing & did nothing about it 4) None of the bathroom fans works 5) Where the home gym/bedroom there is a broken window & that level smells like mold 6) Kitchen cabinets/draws completely disorganized & stove grill goes not go with that range 7) A lot of the light switches/outlets do not work, have exposed electric wires, & one has a sock stuff in it 8) MasterBR ceiling paint peeling

The house is spectacular! The views and accommodations were amazing! The house has comfortable beds, great master bath, second bath could use update on bath/shower, kitchen very well stocked, dock is amazing and master views are fantastic!
