Mike's lovely home in Villas at Poipu Kai is comfortable, well equipped and provides an awesome homebase for Kauai adventures. From Mike's place we easily walked to several different beautiful beaches. His collection of beach supplies made our ocean experiences effortless and fun. By car we travelled East and West for day expeditions. Within the Villas we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, clubhouse and BBQ grill. The surrounding natural beauty is unparalleled. When you need a vacation - go to Mike's!

Our large family group of grandparents, parents and grandchildren rented this unit and another one in the same complex also hosted by Mike. The bedrooms with attached bathrooms, air mattresses for the grandkids, some beach equipment and the swimming pool were welcome features for us. The kitchen and large common area were perfect for our family. I don't think we could have found a better place for our family. Mike responded promptly to our messages, and everything was clean and ready when we arrived.

Everything about Mikes place is perfect or near perfect. Everything feels new, very clean, very spacious. Easy to get to, close to the pool and hot tub. Short walk to the ocean, close to all activities. Mike responds quickly and takes care of his guests. Highly recommended

We had the best time staying at Mike's condo in Kuaui! The condo matched the description and the elevator was super helpful getting our luggage up to the room from the ground floor. The beach was a short walk away and we were able to catch a view of 40+ sea turtles at night along the shore. We pretty much had the hot tub to ourselves in the evening and the pool area was never really crowded. The ground staff was friendly and helpful. We came in a group of 10 celebrating my friend's 40th birthday. Mike's dinner and activity suggestions were spot on. Our group was conprised of people of different socio-economic status who wanted just a relaxing place to chill and enjoy each others company. We found ourself at Happy Hour at Kalapaki Joe's A LOT - which i was suprised wasnt in the recommendations. Its less than a 5 min walk down the sidewalk past the tennis courts. 3p-6p. $6 cocktails, $2 off beer, $4 fish tacos, 25 cent wings and shrimp. We love drinking and socializing!

Our family loved our time here! The space had everything we needed, including ample beach gear supplies. The location is equidistant from the beautiful grounds at the Grand Hyatt and restaurants, Shipwreck Beach, and Poipu Beach. We loved walking down to Poipu to visit the sea turtles in the morning. This space has not one, but three lanais! Our group loved having morning coffee and evening meals on the main lanai. We appreciated that the Villa allowed our extended family to come together while having ample private spaces for everyone in the bedroom suites. Surrey is a fantastic host! She’ll take good care of you.
