The house is very nice and had plenty of room for our 6 adults and 1 child. Everything was nicely stocked. We spent all our time on the bay side beach. Made for some beautiful pictures. It was kind of windy so the Gulf Beach side was to rough. We went to the original Pirates to eat and ordered from Skinners. Both were extremely good. We did a little shopping one day. Very nice island. Our only negative experience was with the young girl at police station for beach parking permit. She was very rude. But the older lady was very nice. The red flags were out most of our trip so we never used our beach permit anyway. We had an extremely nice family vacation with all the comforts of home. We would definately stay here again. Phil was quick to reply and the pictures of the house does not do it fair justice. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable. The master was to firm for me but my husband didn't think so. Oh and there is a picnic table on bay side so we didn't need our chairs.

I enjoyed the rough weather and the sounds of pounding water from the Gulf. It was exhilarating to behold from a safe and secure home that was obviously well cared for. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a feast; there were games, books and beach toys for the kids. The extra large deck was a great place for adults to visit and kids to play outside when the red flags were flying. Not to mention the beautiful view of the calming bay where I watched porpoises at play. All around a great place for a family vacation!!

This was an amazing stay! The house is right on the beach. Our family stayed for my son's spring break and it was perfect. Right out the back door was the beach on the bay side. The sandy beach was perfect for the kids to play in the sand and the waves. A short walk the other direction and you can be on the gulf side. Both beaches are beautiful, sandy beachy; fun for the whole family. The house itself was great. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as amazing as the first time! Located within a few steps to the water. Beautiful place and Phil is easy to communicate with!
